A new chapter in the Yellowstone saga unfolds with "Marshals," premiering a little over a year after the original series concluded. The show centers on Kayce Dutton, the youngest son of John Dutton, as he joins a team of deputy U.S. Marshals. Set a year after the Yellowstone finale, Kayce steps into a Clint Eastwood-esque heroic role, utilizing his military background from his time in the armed forces and SEAL team.
While Taylor Sheridan remains a producer, Spencer Hudnut, known for his work on "SEAL Team," is the creator and showrunner of "Marshals." The series will feature familiar faces from the Dutton dynasty, offering more of their story while introducing new Western-style action. The separation from his wife, Monica, is hinted at as a significant plot point for Kayce's character arc.
New episodes of "Marshals" are released Sundays at 8:00 PM EST and PST on local CBS stations and stream simultaneously on Paramount+ premium.
