The couple reportedly purchased a premium beachfront property, marking their entry into the region's luxury market. The transaction, which included two adjoining agricultural land parcels in Village Kamath, Taluka Aliag, District Raigad, was officially registered on May 18, 2026. This expansive property covers approximately 5,289 square meters and is situated near the well-known Kihim beach area.
The deal, valued at approximately Rs 24 crore, also includes a residential structure on the land. Yash and Radhika Pandit collectively paid over Rs 1.44 crore in stamp duty and other associated charges for the registration. The property boasts a prime location along the coastline, with direct access to the Arabian Sea and a village road frontage, further enhancing its appeal.
On the professional front, Yash is preparing for major upcoming film projects, including the gangster action drama 'Toxic: A Fairytale of Grown-Ups' and the mythological epic 'Ramayana'. Radhika Pandit has been on a break from acting since her marriage to Yash in 2016.
