A group of high school students in Topeka, Kansas, made a memorable entrance to their prom by choosing the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile over a traditional limousine. The unique idea originated when student Cooper Lietz spotted the large, hot dog-shaped vehicle.
Lietz's friend, Breckan Andrews, successfully pitched the idea to the Wienermobile's "Hotdoggers," who agreed to transport five students to the event. The iconic vehicle, piloted by Meatloaf Maggie and Tailgate Trey, arrived with the students, quickly becoming the center of attention.
Students and parents alike were thrilled with the unconventional ride, with one student, Nick Hill, stating he would recount riding the Wienermobile to prom to his future children. His date, Kaitlynn Frye, agreed, noting it was a superior experience to a limousine.
