Wicked 3? Stars Hint at Future Oz Adventures

Director Jon M. Chu has fueled speculation about future installments in the Wicked film series. When asked about the possibility of a third movie at the "Wicked: For Good" premiere in Brazil, Chu stated that while this was always intended as a two-part experience, he left the door open for future Oz-related projects.

Several cast members echoed this sentiment, suggesting that this may not be the definitive end of their journey in Oz. Michelle Yeoh, who plays Madame Morrible, expressed willingness to return for another film, citing her trust in director Chu. Ariana Grande also alluded to the possibility of more stories, referencing the enduring nature of farewell tours.

However, not all cast members are keen on continuing. Bowen Yang, who portrays Pfannee, humorously suggested concluding the story here, while also joking about pitching a spin-off. The comments from the cast and director have certainly left fans eager to see what the future holds for the beloved franchise.
