Producer Firoz Nadiadwala has officially confirmed that "Welcome 4" is in development and currently in the advanced stages of scripting. The film is poised to deliver massive musical and action elements, with a vision to incorporate multi-cultural influences from the Middle East, Africa, USA, and China.
Nadiadwala also addressed rumors surrounding "Welcome to the Jungle," the franchise's third installment. He clarified that the film is now complete, crediting the team led by Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal, Arshad Warsi, and Suniel Shetty. The production involved significant logistical efforts, including the use of multiple army helicopters, hundreds of horses, and high-end cars valued at around 400 crores for a song filmed in Dubai. "Welcome to the Jungle" is slated for release on June 26th.
While the cast for "Welcome 4" is still being finalized, the script is being written with specific actors in mind. The original "Welcome" starred Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal, Anil Kapoor, and Nana Patekar. The sequel, "Welcome Back," saw Rawal, Kapoor, and Patekar return. The upcoming "Welcome to the Jungle" features Kumar alongside a large ensemble cast. It remains to be seen if Kumar will also headline the fourth film.
