Joanna Lumley, who portrays Morticia Addams' estranged mother Granmama Hester Frump, has been elevated to a series regular. Her character, a wealthy mortuary mogul, has a complex relationship with her daughters and was last seen tending to her other daughter, Ophelia.
Ophelia, long missing and previously institutionalized, will be a major character in Season 3. Eva Green has been cast in this significant new role, joining the established ensemble. This expansion comes as some cast members depart. Noah B. Taylor, who played Bruno Yuson, will not return after his character's storyline concluded.
