Performers engage in modern circus, dance, and cabaret, with some soaring high above as spectators explore intricate sets inspired by ancient tales.
The production, led by Hungarian director Bence Vági, is based on Virgil's Aeneid, focusing on the story of Dido and Aeneas. However, it weaves in numerous other characters and narratives, presented by 26 individual performers. Audiences are encouraged to wander, stumbling upon diverse scenes ranging from solo aerial performances to ensemble pieces, with some lasting minutes and others over half an hour.
