Paul Bettany returns as Marvel's android hero Vision in the forthcoming Disney+ series, "VisionQuest," scheduled for release on October 14. This eight-episode series marks Bettany's first live-action MCU role since the inaugural "WandaVision" series.
Bettany's journey as Vision began in "Avengers: Age of Ultron" after voicing J.A.R.V.I.S. in "Iron Man." The character was tragically killed by Thanos in "Avengers: Infinity War." "WandaVision" saw Wanda Maximoff magically recreate Vision, who was later reanimated with his memories intact.
"VisionQuest" will feature Bettany's Vision in both his recognizable android form and as a human. The show will also bring back notable AI characters and their respective actors, including James Spader as Ultron, Emily Hampshire as E.D.I.T.H., and James D'Arcy as J.A.R.V.I.S., alongside others like Jocasta and F.R.I.D.A.Y.
