Actor Ving Rhames, known for his role in the Mission Impossible series, has reportedly recovered following a health incident that occurred on Wednesday, April 29th. The 66-year-old actor collapsed while dining with his family at a Los Angeles restaurant.
Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics were dispatched to the North Hollywood location around 1:40 p.m. local time. They provided treatment to the individual and transported him to a medical facility for further care. Rhames' manager confirmed that the actor was released from the hospital on Wednesday evening and was en route home.
According to his manager, Rhames sounded like his usual self over the phone and even made a humorous remark. He indicated that the actor might have been feeling overheated at the time of the incident. Rhames is one of only two actors, alongside Tom Cruise, to appear in all eight Mission Impossible films.
