Vince Gill to Receive Willie Nelson Lifetime Achievement Award in 2025

On November 10, 2025, it was announced that country music legend Vince Gill will receive the 2025 Willie Nelson Lifetime Achievement Award during the 59th Annual CMA Awards. The ceremony, set to take place at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville and air live on ABC, will also feature a special tribute performance honoring Gill's remarkable 50-year career in the industry.

Gill, a Country Music Hall of Fame member and 18-time CMA Award winner, has released over 20 albums and sold more than 30 million records, with 45 singles charting over the course of his illustrious career. The Willie Nelson Lifetime Achievement Award is presented to artists who have achieved the highest degree of recognition in country music, making a significant impact through their concert performances, humanitarian efforts, philanthropy, streaming numbers, record sales, and public representation.
