Vijay's 'Jana Nayagan' Audio Launch: Malaysia Event on TV

The highly anticipated audio launch for Thalapathy Vijay's film 'Jana Nayagan,' which took place in Malaysia, will soon be available to a wider audience. The event, attended by over 85,000 people, will air on Zee5 and Zee Tamil from January 4. This occasion served as a special tribute to Vijay's significant contributions to cinema as he embarks on what is expected to be his final film.

The event saw the presence of esteemed filmmakers such as Nelson Dilipkumar, Atlee, and Lokesh Kanagaraj, underscoring Vijay's impact and relationships within the industry. 'Jana Nayagan' is described as a political action drama, with Pooja Hegde and Bobby Deol in key roles. The film's plot reportedly involves a former police officer whose past resurfaces during a confrontation.

Further expanding its reach, 'Jana Nayagan' will be released in Telugu as 'Jana Nayakudu' and in Hindi as 'Jan Neta.' The film is scheduled to hit theaters on January 9, 2026, aligning with the Pongal festival. Director H Vinoth has assured that the film is a "100 per cent Thalapathy" experience, distinct from other comparisons.
