Vetri Maaran and Silambarasan's 5-Chapter Epic 'STR 49' Takes Shape

According to Vetri Maaran, over an hour and 15 minutes of footage has already been shot for 'STR 49', but the director admits he has not even finished the first chapter yet. This suggests the film is shaping up to be a grand endeavor, with Vetri Maaran's meticulous attention to detail and Silambarasan's versatile acting skills coming together to create a compelling narrative.

Interestingly, 'STR 49' is set to have a connection with Vetri Maaran's 2018 film 'Vada Chennai', which featured Dhanush in the lead role. Several characters from the previous action drama may make an appearance in the upcoming project, further expanding the filmmaker's cinematic universe.
