Summary
- Vedang Raina's fashion weakness is shoes, can't control himself
- Skinny jeans are a strict no-no, says he wore them in college thinking they were cool
- Tailoring is everything, well-fitted pants are a must

In an exclusive interview, Vedang Raina, the face of ALDO India's Fall/Winter 2025 campaign, shared insights into his personal style and fashion journey. Vedang revealed that his biggest shopping indulgence is footwear, admitting, "I think shoes. That's where I can't control myself." He particularly favors ALDO's loafers and sneakers as his go-to picks.
When asked about fashion rules he would never break, Vedang was clear: "Skinny jeans. Those days are gone." He confessed that he wore skinny jeans in college, thinking they were cool, but now, "I can't even look at myself wearing that." Vedang also shared a valuable fashion lesson he learned the hard way - the importance of tailoring. "When your pants are not tailored -- too long, too big, or don't fit well -- it really throws off the look. Well-tailored pants are the way to go," he emphasized.
Looking back at the 90s and 2000s, Vedang acknowledged that those eras had "a lot of energy and spunk that we're missing now." If given the chance, he said he'd happily borrow from the fictional wardrobe of James Bond. On the professional front, Vedang made his acting debut with Zoya Akhtar's The Archies, which was directly released on Netflix in 2025. He was later seen in Jigra, marking his first big-screen film. Vedang has also confirmed his next project, co-starring Sharvari, Diljit Dosanjh, and Naseeruddin Shah, which he recently started shooting for with director Imtiaz Ali.
