Varun Dhawan: Ranbir's Parenting Makes Me Ashamed!

Varun Dhawan recently appeared on Koffee With Karan 9, sharing anecdotes from his early career with Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra. He disclosed that Alia had consistently spoken about her desire to have children since their debut film, 'Student of the Year,' expressing surprise at her ambition at just 19 years old.

Dhawan further praised Ranbir Kapoor's role as a father to their daughter, Raha. He described Kapoor as an "amazing father," admitting that observing his parenting skills made Dhawan feel "really ashamed" of himself. The conversation also noted that all three actors from 'Student of the Year' have welcomed daughters.

Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor welcomed Raha in November 2022, following their marriage earlier that year. Varun Dhawan and his wife Natasha Dalal became parents to Lara in June 2024. Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani welcomed their daughter, Saraya, in 2025.
