Summary
- ZCON 2026 and more events planned to connect brands and creative voices
- UTA Next Gen leading the charge to scale the ZCON movement and energy
- Participating talent includes young stars like Auli'i Cravalho and Josie Totah

In October 2025, UTA's ZCON event brought together Gen Z talent and old-guard executives, sparking new lessons and plans for the future. The two-day event, which took place at The Preserve in Hollywood, aimed to platform creative voices and connect brands to culture.
According to Ziad Ahmed, head of UTA Next Gen, the ZCON concept is not limited to the event itself. The team is excited to scale this movement and energy, with plans already underway for ZCON 2026 and beyond. Ahmed's boss, UTA NY chief Julian Jacobs, was enthusiastic about the event, saying he wants to "never stop doing this."
The ZCON event featured a diverse lineup of participating talent, including young stars like Auli'i Cravalho, Josie Totah, and Michael Cimino. Olivia Frary, an executive at UTA Next Gen, noted that the event's authentic and inclusive atmosphere sets it apart, with attendees feeling comfortable to be their true selves.
As the ZCON movement continues to grow, the organizers aim to create more spaces that foster intergenerational and intersectional connections, allowing people of all backgrounds to feel empowered to be their authentic selves.
