Undercover Cop Risks It All to Save Girlfriend and Daughter from Ruthless Drug Lord

The Danish thriller series 'The Asset', which premiered on Netflix on October 27, 2025, follows Tea Lind, a struggling police cadet who is given one last chance to prove herself worthy of joining the force. Tea is recruited by Denmark's Security and Intelligence Service (PET) to go undercover and get close to Ashley, the glamorous girlfriend of a drug lord named Miran.

As Tea delves deeper into Ashley's life, the assignment becomes increasingly personal. She begins to empathize with Ashley and her young daughter, Sofia, who are in real danger. PET insists on gathering evidence at all costs, but Tea finds it harder to separate her job from her growing compassion for the pair.

The season finale ends on a shocking cliffhanger as Tea's cover is blown. Ashley is devastated to learn that Tea has been working as an undercover agent the entire time. Miran, enraged by the betrayal, manages to escape and threatens to kill Tea.
