UMusic Hospitality & Lifestyle (UMHL) is set to open its first U.K. hotel, UMusic Hotel Denmark Street, in the fourth quarter of 2026. This landmark hotel will be situated within Outernet London's vibrant entertainment district, building on UMHL's European expansion following its Madrid hotel opening in 2022.
The collaboration will infuse new life into Denmark Street, a location steeped in music history. UMHL will develop innovative food concepts and lounge areas, alongside taking over programming and operations for The Lower Third, a 200-capacity venue. This initiative aims to celebrate the street's rich musical heritage and foster future creativity.
Denmark Street, a cornerstone of London's musical identity, has historically housed instrument retailers and recording studios frequented by legendary artists. Outernet London's immersive screens, which reach approximately 1.5 million people weekly, will further amplify the cultural significance of this partnership.
