90 Day Fiancé Star Tyray's Bold Makeover: Hair Transplant & Weight Loss Journey

Tyray Mollett, known from 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days, is embarking on a significant personal transformation journey. Following an incident where he was scammed by someone he believed to be his girlfriend, Mollett experienced emotional vulnerability and trust issues.

This experience, coupled with a health scare in February 2025 where he felt out of breath checking on his mother, motivated him to address his weight. He underwent gastric sleeve surgery that month, having previously weighed 418 lbs.

Mollett also pursued cosmetic surgery to address his long-standing concerns about hair loss. After considering options, he underwent a hair transplant procedure in Atlanta in February 2026, receiving 2,500 grafts. The nearly 10-hour surgery was performed while he was awake but numbed.

Six months post-surgery, Mollett is following a haircare routine and is experiencing increased confidence. He is now ready to date again and feels more comfortable in his own skin. He also plans to pursue further cosmetic procedures, including addressing loose skin from weight loss and work on his chest and stomach, aiming to lose an additional 45 pounds.
