TV Presenter's Painful Burn Accident

Television presenter Craig Rowe, known for his role on A Place In The Sun, recently experienced a painful accident at home. While pouring hot tea, he spilled it on himself, resulting in significant burns to his ankle. The incident led to his admission to St Thomas' Hospital in Westminster, where he received expert care from the nursing staff.

Rowe, 53, shared his ordeal via Instagram, highlighting the severity of the burn despite the seemingly minor accident. He expressed gratitude for the medical team's attention and reassurance. Currently, he is focusing on recovery, elevating his foot and accepting the necessary downtime from his usual exercise routine to ensure proper healing.

In addition to sharing his personal experience, Rowe took the opportunity to educate his followers. He provided essential first aid advice for burn incidents, stressing the importance of cooling the affected area with cold running water for at least 20 minutes and advising against ice or home remedies. He urged anyone unsure about a burn to seek prompt medical attention.
