Turkish Star Can Yaman Lands First Spanish-Language Series

In a significant move, Turkish actor Can Yaman has landed his first Spanish-language project. As of October 2025, Yaman has signed on to star in an upcoming romantic thriller series produced by Madrid-based Secuoya Studios.
The as-yet-untitled show will follow a secret agent with an impeccable record who is betrayed and becomes the most wanted man in Spain. As he struggles to clear his name and uncover those behind a billion-dollar robbery of the state coffers, he will discover that love may be his greatest weakness or salvation.
The series, which is expected to run for eight episodes, marks Yaman's Spanish debut and his first project filmed entirely in Spain. "Working in Spain for the first time is an incredibly special experience for me," Yaman said. "I have always felt a deep connection with the Spanish audience, and being able to film here -- in their language and alongside such a talented team -- is truly a dream come true."
