In a significant move, the Fox-owned, ad-supported streaming platform Tubi has acquired the exclusive U.S., Canada, and Latin American rights to the British teen drama series 'Boarders'. The YA show, which follows a group of South London schoolkids at an elite private institution, is set to debut its third and final season on Tubi in 2026.
Created and written by BAFTA-nominated Daniel Lawrence Taylor, 'Boarders' has captivated audiences with its blend of comedy, drama, and heart. The upcoming season will see the return of the core cast, including Jodie Campbell, Sekou Diaby, Aruna Jalloh, Myles Kamwendo, and Josh Tedeku, as they navigate the challenges of their final term at St. Gilbert's school.
According to the series' synopsis, the teens are determined to achieve big as they dream of life beyond the school's walls. However, a rivalry with a neighboring institution soon causes chaos and jeopardizes their futures. With new enemies, love interests, and broken friendships, the characters must face a fresh batch of problems that threaten to trip them up at the final hurdle.
