Tribeca Fest Lights Up Lisbon Through 2028

Tribeca Festival and Impresa Group have inked a three-year extension for Tribeca Festival Lisboa, solidifying the event's presence in Lisbon, Portugal, until 2028. The upcoming 2026 edition, scheduled from December 9 to 13, marks a significant relocation from the Beato Innovation District to the renowned Avenida da Liberdade, positioning the festival centrally within the city.

This expanded collaboration is set to enhance the transatlantic dialogue between the U.S. and Europe, showcasing a diverse selection of independent and local Portuguese cinema. The partnership aims to explore new directions for filmmaking in Lisbon, integrating European and Portuguese premieres from the New York-based Tribeca Festival.
