The 2026 Tribeca Festival, running June 3-14 in New York, will feature a star-studded lineup celebrating cinematic and musical milestones. Rock icon Bruce Springsteen is set to receive the Harry Belafonte Voices for Social Justice Award, presented by U2 singer Bono. This honor acknowledges Springsteen's extensive work advancing equality and human rights.
The festival will also host a 50th-anniversary celebration for Robert De Niro's seminal film "Taxi Driver." This event includes a screening of the 1976 drama and a discussion between De Niro and director Martin Scorsese.
Music enthusiasts will enjoy the world premiere of "Katy Perry: The Lifetimes Tour -- Live in Paris," followed by a conversation with the artist. A 25th-anniversary reunion for "Bridget Jones's Diary" with director Sharon Maguire and star Renée Zellweger is also planned.
Further highlights include a 20th-anniversary screening of Daft Punk's "Electroma" with member Thomas Bangalter, a 30th-anniversary event for "Bound" with director Lilly Wachowski and stars Gina Gershon and Joe Pantoliano, and a 20th-anniversary showing of the documentary "Small Town Gay Bar."
Additional programming features conversations with Sean Penn on activism, Haim bassist Este Haim on her career, Paul Rudd on his film work, Finneas on musical collaboration, and Keke Palmer with Whoopi Goldberg in the Storytellers Series.
