Caroline, a 42-year-old celebrated equine artist and former managing director of Blacks private members' club in London's Soho, died in a hospital in Mexico, where she had been living with Jeremy.
Jeremy, 52, who has two teenage daughters with his ex-wife Sharon, shared an emotional tribute to Caroline on social media, referring to her by the nickname 'Pony' that she had acquired due to her love of horses. He wrote, "Beautiful Pony, the brightest shining light. Forever in my heart."
