Towa Bird's 'Gentleman' Drops May 15: A New Era

Towa Bird's new album, "Gentleman," is scheduled for release on May 15, 2026, marking a significant new chapter in her burgeoning music career. Bird initially achieved viral fame with popular song covers on TikTok, a platform that rapidly propelled her from obscurity to widespread recognition.

Her debut album, "American Hero," released in 2024, was celebrated for its energetic rock sound. "Gentleman" promises a more introspective and authentic expression of Bird's identity, as stated by the artist herself. Producer Patrick Wimberly, who also worked on her debut, lauded Bird's genuine connection to her guitar, calling it an "extension of her."

Bird's journey began with early childhood musical aspirations in Thailand, facing initial discouragement before honing her skills in Hong Kong and later London. The move to Los Angeles in late 2021 accelerated her career, leading to collaborations and the development of her distinctive musical style, often characterized by a blend of personal expression and raw energy.
