Timm Hanly, a 31-year-old former reality television personality, has unveiled a significantly changed appearance after undergoing a recent nose job. The star shared footage showcasing his notably straighter and more refined nose, the result of surgery to repair a collapsed septum.

During an Instagram Q&A session, Hanly directly addressed speculation from fans regarding his new look. He acknowledged his past lifestyle, humorously admitting that cocaine use and partying could not be entirely ruled out as contributing factors. However, he primarily attributed the damage to his nose to a boxing camp where it was broken multiple times.

Hanly emphasized that his previous party-boy image is now firmly in the past, stating that his current focus is on health, business, and family. He has transitioned to an earlier start, fitness-focused routine, steering away from late nights and heavy partying.

This transformation follows other significant life events for Hanly. In November, he married his longtime partner, Briana De La Motte, with whom he co-founded their fashion brand, Front Runner. The couple also has a two-year-old daughter.
