The autopsy for social media personality Marquay Collins, widely known as Marquay The Goat, has concluded, revealing the cause of his death was an enlarged heart. This ruling classifies his passing as natural, concluding the investigation into the circumstances surrounding his demise.

Initially, it was suspected that Collins' death might be linked to a severe car accident he experienced a few weeks before his passing. Following the accident, he had been hospitalized and later reported experiencing headaches and neck pain. He also communicated shortness of breath and headaches to his brother.

However, the official investigation ultimately determined that an enlarged heart was the primary cause. Marquay Collins had built a substantial online presence, amassing 7.1 million followers on TikTok and an additional 501,000 on Instagram. He was recognized for his engaging content, which often featured food reviews and discussions about fast cars.
