Tiffany Haddish, the 45-year-old comedian and actress, is embarking on a new journey and bringing her childhood best friends along for the ride. On November 13, 2025, Haddish's new Peacock original docuseries "Tiffany Haddish Goes Off" is set to premiere.
The series is inspired by the 2017 film "Girls Trip," in which Haddish starred alongside Regina Hall, Queen Latifah, and Jada Pinkett Smith. In the docuseries, Haddish and her "day-ones" - Selena Martin, Shermona Long, and Sparkle Clark - will be exploring different parts of Africa, including Cape Town, South Africa; Victoria Falls and Harare, Zimbabwe; and Zanzibar, Tanzania.
The trailer, released on October 23, 2025, shows Haddish and her friends engaging in various activities, from bungee jumping to visiting animal habitats and cultural ceremonies. Haddish expresses her desire to "see everything" and be with people she feels safe with, without having to perform.
One notable moment in the trailer is Haddish addressing the backlash she received in 2024 for her surprise at the quality and amount of items in a grocery store in Zimbabwe. Haddish's friends reassure her that she had no bad intent and that "everybody wants to try and tell [her] how to live [her] life."
The six-episode docuseries promises to be a heartfelt and entertaining journey, with Haddish even saying, "I damn sure didn't expect to come back married."
