As February 2026 approaches, Netflix is set to remove several titles from its streaming library, including a trio of notable thrillers. These films will become unavailable starting Sunday, February 1, 2026. Among the departures is Bong Joon-ho's critically acclaimed South Korean film 'Parasite,' which won the Academy Award for Best Picture. Lauded as the best movie of the past decade, 'Parasite' offers compelling social commentary on class disparity alongside a suspenseful plot.
Also leaving the platform is Danny Boyle's visceral zombie thriller '28 Days Later,' known for its intense direction and chilling atmosphere. The film depicts the devastating effects of a rage virus outbreak in Great Britain. Viewers will also lose access to Robert Zemeckis's supernatural thriller 'What Lies Beneath,' starring Harrison Ford and Michelle Pfeiffer, which explores hidden secrets within a marriage.
