Rossi & Perlman Reunite for Visceral Horror 'Renew'

Actors Theo Rossi and Ron Perlman, famed for their work on Sons of Anarchy, are set to star together in the new horror film, Renew. Directed by Tommy DeNucci, the movie recently concluded its production phase. It is described as a suspense-driven horror experience that initially unfolds as an intimate love story before devolving into visceral terror.

The narrative follows a husband and wife who return to a secluded guest ranch in Montana, the site of their wedding, intending to renew their vows and leave past troubles behind. However, the wife's mysterious disappearance forces the husband to confront his past as he uncovers a hidden evil beneath the ranch's serene exterior.

Filming for Renew took place in Red Lodge and Roberts, Montana. Rossi, who also produced the film, expressed his excitement about building the story around characters with a shared history striving to reconnect, highlighting the blend of hope, humor, and heart that makes the eventual threat so potent.

DeNucci and Rossi previously collaborated on films like Vault and Play Dirty. Renew also features Rachelle Goulding, Ronnie Gene Blevins, and Allison Dunbar in its ensemble cast. Rossi and Perlman are also slated to appear together in the upcoming Sons of Anarchy reboot, Legends.
