Thai GL Series "Love Design" Captivates Global Audiences

Cappu Films, a Hong Kong-based sales company, has acquired the rights to the Thai Girls' Love (GL) series "Love Design" and is now introducing the title to international buyers at the Taiwan Creative Content Fest (TCCF). The series, produced by VelCurve Studio, follows the story of two female architects, Kao Supassara and Jane Methika, whose romantic relationship takes a turn for the worse when one uses the other's designs in a competition without permission.
The show, which debuted on October 2nd with weekly Thursday releases, is currently airing an eight-episode version on Thailand's Channel 3, while Tencent's WeTV platform is carrying an extended cut with 10 episodes. Fans can look forward to special events for the final two episodes in early December 2025.
Under the agreement, Cappu Films and VelCurve Studio will jointly handle international sales for "Love Design" in key markets such as Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam, North America, Latin America, and Singapore. The series is being positioned as a showcase of Thai soft power content, highlighting the country's creative capabilities on a global stage.
