NFL icon Terry Bradshaw is set to make a significant presence at the 2026 Kentucky Derby, aligning his successful Bradshaw Bourbon brand with The Yard, a Pittsburgh-based gastropub. This collaboration brings together two celebrated entities for one of the year's most anticipated sporting events.
Bradshaw, a decorated former quarterback, launched his bourbon brand in 2020, merging his lifelong interests in horses and fine spirits. The brand's flagship offering is a small-batch Kentucky straight bourbon, noted for its complex aroma and flavor profile.
He has since expanded the Bradshaw Bourbon line to include premium cask-strength, single-barrel expressions. These include a six-year aged bourbon from the historic Green River Distilling Co. and a limited 12-year expression, TB-12-Year, honoring his iconic jersey number.
The 152nd Kentucky Derby, famously known as the 'Run for the Roses,' is scheduled for this Saturday at Churchill Downs in Louisville, Kentucky. As over 125,000 Mint Juleps are expected to be served, some will be poured using Bradshaw's bourbon, further cementing his unique connection to the event.
