The album's success doesn't stop there. 'The Life of a Showgirl' has also set a new record for the most vinyl album copies sold in a single week, with 1.2 million units. This surpasses Swift's own previous record of 859,000 vinyl copies sold in 2024 with the debut of 'The Tortured Poets Department.'
Alongside the impressive sales figures, Swift has announced the addition of eight bonus acoustic tracks that will be spread out over four limited CD releases. The singer-songwriter expressed her excitement, stating that her "favorite moments from the tour were the acoustic surprises" and that she went back into the studio to record new versions with "brand new vocals and production."
