In a recent interview, Taylor Swift, 35, revealed that she is feeling exhausted after completing her record-breaking Eras Tour in December 2024. The singer, who performed 149 shows across 5 continents over nearly 2 years, told BBC Radio 1's Greg James that she is "so tired" and doesn't have the "itch" for another tour anytime soon.
Despite the positive experience of connecting with her fans from the stage, Swift admitted that the grueling schedule of the Eras Tour took a toll. "I could see everyone from the stage. I don't think they know that -- I have incredible vision," she said, recounting how she could see the joy and excitement of the audience even when she was physically exhausted.
Now, Swift is focusing on rediscovering her hobbies, including a newfound appreciation for baking sourdough. "I'm so good right now. Like, my joints are good. I have hobbies again!" she exclaimed, noting that she could only fully immerse herself in the Eras Tour during those two years.
Interestingly, Swift's fiancé, Travis Kelce, 35, had publicly tried to connect with the singer before they started dating in the summer of 2023. Kelce revealed on his "New Heights" podcast that he attended the Eras Tour and attempted to give Swift a friendship bracelet with his phone number. The couple later announced their engagement in August 2023, much to the delight of their fans.
