Sheridan's film will be showcased in a new 4D theater at the Alamo Visitor Center and Museum in San Antonio. This technologically advanced venue aims to recreate the 13-day siege, where Texan defenders famously resisted overwhelming Mexican forces. The experience will utilize dynamic visual effects, sound, and physical elements.
The Alamo Visitor Center and Museum is scheduled to open its doors in 2027. This project represents Sheridan's directorial return since 2021's "Those Who Wish Me Dead." Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick praised Sheridan, a native Texan, for his unique ability to tell the story of the American West.
