Reality star Taylor Frankie Paul, 31, has achieved a significant personal milestone by becoming a solo homeowner. She announced her purchase on Instagram on May 18, 2026, sharing a video montage of the celebratory moment. This achievement follows a period of considerable personal and professional upheaval.

In March 2026, ABC canceled Paul's Bachelorette season just days before its premiere due to ongoing investigations into an alleged domestic incident with ex-partner Dakota Mortensen. Production for season 5 of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives was also paused. The situation intensified with the leak of bodycam footage from a past altercation, which led to her 2023 arrest and a subsequent guilty plea to aggravated assault.

Further legal challenges arose when the Salt Lake County District Attorney's Office declined to file criminal charges in April 2026 related to a recent domestic violence investigation.
