Grammy-nominated hip hop producer Tay Keith, celebrated for his work with top artists, has died at 29. His real name was Brytavious Chambers.

Authorities discovered Keith in his Nashville, Tennessee apartment on June 19, 2026, following a welfare check. The Metro Nashville Police Department stated that no foul play is suspected in his passing. His cause of death remains unclassified as investigations are pending autopsy results.

Keith was a significant force in the music industry, contributing to numerous chart-topping tracks. He earned a Grammy nomination for his production on Travis Scott's 'Sicko Mode' and was later nominated in 2024 for his work on Drake and 21 Savage's 'Rich Flex'.

His extensive discography includes collaborations with an array of stars such as Beyonce, Eminem, Cardi B, Megan Thee Stallion, J Cole, and 21 Savage. He also recently produced for Megan Thee Stallion's 2024 album, 'Megan', and Jack Harlow's single 'Just Us'.
