Pannu expressed strong criticism towards anonymous online platforms, particularly Reddit, which she described as a "disease." She highlighted that these platforms enable users to anonymously post lengthy, fabricated stories about celebrities.

She further elaborated that this unchecked anonymity is concerning because such online narratives can unduly influence mainstream conversations. Pannu noted with alarm that journalists sometimes base their questions on theories originating from these anonymous Reddit posts.

Pannu was recently seen in the courtroom drama 'Assi,' released in February 2026. The film garnered positive reviews from critics but did not achieve significant box office success.
