Sweeney & Braun: Venice Festival Romance Heats Up

Sydney Sweeney and Scooter Braun were recently seen enjoying the Venice International Film Festival. The couple attended the festival together, nearly one year after their relationship was first confirmed by PEOPLE on September 2, 2025.

Their romance reportedly began after they connected at Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez's wedding in Venice in June 2025. By December of that year, sources indicated their relationship had become serious, with Braun describing Sweeney as "kind and generous and smart and real and down to earth."

Sweeney, 28, and Braun, 45, have been increasingly public with their relationship. Braun accompanied Sweeney to the "Euphoria" season 3 premiere in April 2026, and they have shared summer moments, including a trip to Australia and camp-like experiences with friends. Sweeney celebrated Braun's 45th birthday on June 18, 2026, with affectionate social media posts.

Braun was previously married to Yael Cohen from 2014 to 2021, with whom he shares three children. Sweeney ended her engagement to businessman Jonathan Davino in March 2026 after nearly seven years. Sweeney is set to star in "The Housemaid's Secret" in December 2027 and a "Gundam" adaptation.
