The S.W.A.T. spinoff, "Exiles," has been renewed for a second season, as announced by star Shemar Moore. The popular actor, reprising his role as Daniel "Hondo" Harrelson, shared the exciting news via Instagram. "Exiles" is set to premiere on Friday, September 25th, on Starz, with new episodes available weekly.
The series follows Hondo as he takes on the challenging task of leading a last-chance S.W.A.T. unit composed of young, unpredictable recruits. He must bridge a generational gap and transform a squad of outsiders into a cohesive team capable of protecting the city.
Joining Moore in the cast are Ronen Rubinstein as Jude, Freddy Miyares as Ethan, Zyra Gorecki as Cassidy, Adain Bradley as Malik, and Lucy Barrett as Sammy. Several cast members from the original S.W.A.T. series, including Jay Harrington, Patrick St. Esprit, and David Lim, will also reprise their roles.
