The upcoming film starring Suriya and Mamitha Baiju has been officially titled "Vishwanath and Sons," with its first-look poster and July release date announced. Previously known as Suriya 46, the movie's title poster reveals Suriya tenderly holding a baby, igniting anticipation for the film's storyline. Suriya described the film as a "wholesome entertainer" arriving in July.
The directorial venture of Venky Atluri, known for "Vaathi" and "Lucky Baskhar," is produced by Naga Vamsi under Sithara Entertainments. The producers have expressed excitement about bringing back "vintage Suriya" in this heart-touching family spectacle. The cast includes Radikaaa Sarathkumar and Raveena Tandon, with GV Prakash Kumar composing the music.
Raveena Tandon's participation signifies her comeback to Tamil cinema after a hiatus of 24 years. Producer Vamsi had previously hinted that the film explores themes of relationships and emotions, centering on a 45-year-old man and a 20-year-old woman, promising a "happy family film" with significant human emotion.
