Summerfest 2026: Sheeran, Malone, Brooks Hit Milwaukee

Summerfest 2026 in Milwaukee is poised to be a landmark event, beginning with two "kickoff" concerts by country music superstar Garth Brooks. The festival, scheduled across three weekends from June 18 to July 4, 2026, will then present a vast array of approximately 600 performers.

Headlining the American Family Insurance Amphitheater are major artists including Ed Sheeran, whose sold-out performance is at the smallest venue of his tour, and Post Malone, likely to preview new country music material. The lineup also features rock band Muse, a returning act after 16 years, and critically acclaimed Spoon. Regional Mexican star Carín León is set to make history as the first Spanish-language headliner.

The festival boasts an eclectic mix, highlighting unique genres with artists like R&B performer Sudan Archives. Emerging talents such as Dora Jar, Amyl and the Sniffers, and Blondshell are also featured, alongside a strong contingent of local Milwaukee musicians like Maximiano and Emmitt James, ensuring a diverse musical experience.
