This surprising familial bond emerged after both KJ and Mia joined the Summer House cast earlier in the season. KJ, who previously worked as a professional skateboarder and is now pursuing modeling and music, also developed a significant romantic relationship during filming.

KJ exclusively revealed his relationship with castmate Dara Levitan, describing her as his girlfriend. He expressed deep affection for her, noting their emotional compatibility despite different upbringings. Their relationship blossomed while KJ was navigating his first season on the show.
