Studiocanal Boards Quentin Dupieux's Paris-Set Film 'Full Phil,' Starring Woody Harrelson and Kristen Stewart

In the past few days, Studiocanal has announced its involvement in Quentin Dupieux's new film 'Full Phil,' which will feature Woody Harrelson and Kristen Stewart as a father and daughter. The Paris-set project is the latest collaboration between Studiocanal and the acclaimed French director.

Separately, the South African extreme sports drama 'Spinners' is gearing up for its highly anticipated second season. The series, co-produced by African streaming service Showmax and Canal+, will see the return of showrunner and co-creator Benjamin Hoffman, as well as director Jaco Bouwer and writers Matthew Jankes and Sean Steinberg. The first season of 'Spinners' made history as the first African show to compete in the main competition at Cannes Series in 2023, and went on to win awards at various festivals.

Season 2 of 'Spinners' will continue the story of 17-year-old Ethan, who had previously escaped the violent grip of gang life through his passion for the South African motorsport of spinning.
