The competition on Strictly Come Dancing is heating up as it reaches week ten, with only six couples remaining. These duos are returning to the familiar Elstree Studios ballroom to compete for a place in the quarter-finals. This pivotal week introduces a brand-new challenge: Strictly's first Instant Dance Challenge, which will award extra points and could significantly impact the leaderboard.
