To commemorate the 50th anniversary of "Songs in the Key of Life," Stevie Wonder has unveiled an EP of four previously unreleased songs. These tracks originate from the extensive recording sessions for the 90-minute album, offering fans a chance to hear more from that creative era.
The EP, titled "Songs in the Key of Life: The EP," includes "It's Easier," "My Life Story of Love," "I Can See the Sun in Late December," and "I'm Into Livin'." Wonder expressed that while not originally added to the album, these songs were integral to his feelings and discoveries during the recording process.
Co-written in part by former Supremes member Susaye Greene, the songs have been mixed by the original album's engineers. Wonder is also set to embark on a tour celebrating the landmark album next month, marking a significant retrospective for his influential work.
