Long before Stephen Amell donned the Green Arrow costume, he appeared in "The Vampire Diaries" Season 2. Amell played Brady, a werewolf who served as an antagonist to Stefan Salvatore. His character was involved in an attempt to kidnap Elena Gilbert.
The werewolf Brady sought to break the Sun and Moon Curse using Elena. This curse prevented werewolves from transforming except during a full moon. Brady's motive was to free his pack and eliminate vampires.
Brady's role in the CW drama concluded in Season 2, Episodes 13 and 14. He met his end at the hands of Stefan, who ripped out his heart while protecting Elena. Amell later shared that he enjoyed his brief but impactful role on the show.
