King's Song: SRK, Kareena Reunite for Om Shanti Om Vibe

Shah Rukh Khan's eagerly anticipated film 'King' is gearing up for a spectacular introductory song that echoes the grandeur of 'Deewangi Deewangi' from the 2007 blockbuster 'Om Shanti Om'. Reports indicate that Kareena Kapoor Khan and Arshad Warsi are currently filming their segments for this ensemble track.

Choreographed by Vaibhavi Merchant, the song is being filmed with an elaborate set-up, bringing together multiple actors. This format intentionally recalls the memorable multi-star number from 'Om Shanti Om', adding to the excitement surrounding 'King'.

Preparations for this introductory song shoot commenced on October 26. Separately, a song featuring Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone has already been filmed internationally. There is a possibility of Deepika Padukone returning to the sets for additional portions related to the new introductory number, though this remains unconfirmed.

Directed by Siddharth Anand, 'King' boasts an ensemble cast including Deepika Padukone, Suhana Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, Anil Kapoor, Rani Mukerji, Jaideep Ahlawat, Arshad Warsi, and Abhay Verma. This film marks Shah Rukh Khan's second collaboration with director Siddharth Anand after the success of 'Pathaan'.

Recently, Shah Rukh Khan unveiled a cryptic poster for 'King', showcasing a rugged appearance with a distressed outfit and surrounding flames, hinting at the film's action-packed nature. The film is scheduled to hit theaters on December 24, 2026.
