SRK's Homes: Mannat Expansion & First Mumbai Pad

Anand Pandit, a Bollywood producer, also operates a successful luxury real estate venture. His business, which began in the early 2000s, has attracted numerous film industry clients, including Hrithik Roshan and Ajay Devgn. Pandit has stated that "80 to 90 percent of Bollywood" are his clients.

Among Pandit's current projects is the extensive renovation of Shah Rukh Khan's Mannat bungalow. The work includes adding floors to the rear section of the property. Meanwhile, SRK and his family have reportedly relocated to rented apartments in Pali Hill during the renovation.

Pandit also revealed details about Shah Rukh Khan's first Mumbai residence at Shree Amrit Society. The actor expressed excitement upon learning of its redevelopment. This sea-facing apartment, purchased by SRK in 1991, is expected to be completed by 2027, significantly increasing its size and value.

Further developments are underway at Mannat, with plans to add two floors, a project estimated to cost around Rs 25 crore. The proposal has also sought clearance from environmental authorities due to the property's proximity to the Arabian Sea.
