On November 14, 2025, Bollywood megastar Shah Rukh Khan made a special appearance at a glamorous real-estate event in Dubai. Despite his hectic shooting schedule, the actor took time out to attend the launch, where he became the first Indian actor to have a tower named after him.
Dressed to impress and sporting a lighter hairdo, SRK took to the stage and quipped, "Me Eid ka chand sa ho gaya hu bahar kum aata hu, lekin jab ata hu, toe kamal ka aata hu." Speaking at the event, Khan expressed his delight, saying, "My mother would be very happy. It is a very big honour." He went on to add, "When my kids come, I will say, 'Papa ka naam likha hai, dekho.'"
Sharing details about the project, SRK stated that he had been closely involved in the development for the past two months. He described the 56-floor tower as "state-of-the-art and affordable," noting that it would be a "moment and an inspiration" for people starting off in Dubai.
The actor also entertained the guests, leading the choreography to his iconic dance number 'Chaiyya Chaiyya' and encouraging others, including Farah Khan, to join in. This appearance comes just a week after SRK celebrated his 60th birthday with fans and unveiled the first look teaser of his upcoming film 'King,' which will see him starring alongside daughter Suhana Khan for the first time.
